Returns & Exchanges You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us at daisellacustomer@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
